Q: What are the Terms? Can
I rent individually? Or, do I have to rent as a group?
A: If you have
an apartment by yourself, you may rent individually. If you rent as part
of a group, payments are made as a group.
Q: When do the Leases start?
A: Our Leases start May 21st for one year
through May 20th of the next year. This allows you to enroll in Summer sessions
without having to wait until June 1st.
Q: How soon may I move in?
A: May 21st
of your Lease (if the Security Deposit and 1st month's rent are paid).
Q: How much is the Security Deposit?
A:
Typically equal to two month's rent.
Q: Can I stay during the Summer?
A: Yes,
of course.
Q: Are the
Utilities included?A: No. All Utilities would be in your own name(s).
Water, however, would be kept in the Landlord's name and would be billed
to you. We do pay the garbage fee, however. We also pay for landscaping
and lawn care.
